Newcastle Educators is a peer-led community of educators, who value the opportunity to get together and discuss common interests and who are committed to continued professional development and peer review.
Newcastle Educators was initially set up by the intrepid team of Phil Ansell, Vanessa Armstrong, Lindsey Ferrie, Claire Irving, Sara Marsham, JC Penet and Katie Wray. At the end of 2022 the torch was passed on to the new committee: Sarah Carnegie, Ruth Furlonger, Gigi Herbert, Emma McCulloch, Claire Nicoll, Steve Riddle, Emma Saunders.
